Patricia Brown has over 25 years of direct experience thinking about, influencing and improving London, and has been at the heart of many of the initiatives that have been part of the city’s successful evolution. She advises civic and business leaders on the dynamics of urban change, working across the public and private sectors on people-centred real estate and development, regeneration and economic development, and is valued for her ability to bring together the different elements and people that are essential in shaping successful places. This builds on her work as CEO of Central London Partnership (CLP), the former cross-sector partnership focused on maintaining the capital’s position as a global world city, which pioneered much of the strategic and tactical action to ensure London’s success was a people-focused, liveable city, with improved quality of life. A thinker and strategist, she devised The Big Think on the Future of London in 2012 and, as the deputy-chair of the Mayor’s Design Advisory Group in Johnson’s mayoralty, helped create the initial Good Growth Agendas. She founded London 3.0 in 2019.
